JICC seminar on infrastructure development for nuclear power generation was held in Japan on February 27 through March 2, 2012, by means of lectures by Japanese experts on Fukushima nuclear accident and SPEEDI system and technical tours of nuclear related facilities in Japan. Total 23 participants from eight countries such as Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, Jordan, Thailand, Philippines and Taiwan, including directors of nuclear agencies and/or regulatory agencies, acknowledged the interest on system for evaluating radioactive material spreading after nuclear accidents like SPEEDI.
